Travel Team Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking your travel experience with The Travel Team. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before securing your reservation.

Deposits

• All deposits are non-refundable unless the trip is cancelled by The Travel Team or the travel supplier.
• Deposits secure your reservation and are applied toward your total trip cost.

Payments

• Payment plans are available and must be completed by the posted final payment date.
• Missed or late payments may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

Cancellations & Refunds

• If you choose to cancel your reservation, all payments (including deposit) may be non-refundable.
• If you cancel after the final payment date, 100% of the trip cost is non-refundable.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.

Trip Cancellations by The Travel Team or Supplier

• In the event that The Travel Team or the travel supplier cancels the trip, travelers will receive a full refund, including deposits.
• Refund timelines are dependent on the supplier and may take up to 90 days to process.

Other Important Notes

• All travelers must have a valid passport (if required for destination).
• Name changes may be subject to fees and supplier approval.
• Special requests (roommates, accommodations, etc.) are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
